Starting Tuesday, Oct. 4 at noon, Southeast Regional Library is proud to host “Language is the Key,” a 10-week program for building language and literacy in early childhood. This program, offered by the Hispanic Family Center (Centro para Famillias Hispanas), is to teach parents effective strategies that promote language development and that put young children on the pathway to literacy.
