Leonard Tuck Jr., 63, of Garner was cited Jan. 11 on a simple physical assault charge.

Ellis Robert Wiggins, 60, of Garner was arrested Jan. 11 on charges including escaping or resisting arrest.

Jose Manuel Felix, 26, of Raleigh was arrested Jan. 11 on drug violations charges.

Jason Lee Bowling, 19, of Garner was arrested Jan. 11 on an embezzlement charge.
