Arrests

Craig Murray Fleming, 24, of Cary, was charged with disorderly conduct on July 25.

Kelli Jo Smith, 40, of Anywhere, USA, was cited for fraud on July 25.

A minor and Drazen Kesetovic, 21, both of Cary, were charged with fighting on July 26.

Police charged Erick Wesley Elliott, 20, and Charles Martin Coleman Jr, 23, both of Garner, with burglary on July 28.

Thefts

A burglary was reported at a residence on November Street on July 25. The thief or thieves entered through a rear door, causing estimated damages of $250. The CCBI was called to assist the police department.

An attempted burglary was reported at a residence on Delta Street on July 26.

A washing machine and dryer were reported stolen during a burglary at a residence on Bagwell Street on July 26.

A Kodak digital camera was reported stolen from a vehicle parked at a residence on Spring Drive on July 26.

The owner of Garner Express reported a burglary on July 27. When the building was unoccupied, a subject allegedly stole a carton of Newport cigarettes. The case is under further investigation.

A red Razor scooter was reported stolen from a residence on Whithorne Drive on July 27. Value of the scooter was $150.

The larceny of an Apple cell phone, valued at $400, was reported at a residence on Waterville Street on July 27. The case is under further investigation.

Police are continuing to investigate a burglary that occurred at Forest Hills Apartments on July 27.

Numerous items, valued at $1,200, were reported stolen from a vehicle parked at Super K-Mart on July 28.

An attempted burglary was reported at a residence on Brooks Avenue on July 28.

Cash was reported stolen from Kroger's on July 28.

Other crimes

Police are continuing to investigate reported drug possession that occurred in the parking lot of White Oak Cinemas on July 24.

A sex offense was reported at Garner Magnet High School on July 28. The case is under further investigation.

The owner of a 1994 Taurus reported four Michelin tires were damaged on July 28.
