Donald Ray Hilliard, 22, of Rocky Mount, was charged with larceny from Wal-Mart on Sept. 26.

Jose Velsquez, 26, of Garner, was charged with assault on Sept. 26.

Bulfrano Areganos Gonzales, 34, of Knightdale, was charged with assault on Sept. 26.

Michael Jermaine McDowell, 38, of Raleigh, was charged with driving while impaired on Sept. 27.

James Alphonso Davis, 28, of Raleigh, was charged with hit and run on Sept. 27.

A minor, of Garner was charged with possession of a weapon at Garner Magnet High School on Sept. 30. The weapon Wilson was allegedly concealing was a razor.

Alfred Christian Cofield, 23, of Garner, was arrested on drug violation charges on Sept. 30.

Hannah Christine House, 20, of Garner, was charged with larceny from Super K-Mart on Oct. 3.

John Woodrow Spell, Jr, 57, of Garner, was charged with possession of cocaine on Oct. 4.

Timothy Johnson, 24, of Raleigh, was charged with larceny from Target on Oct. 5.

Thefts

Residents on Tiffany Circle reported the larceny of a metal frame and some wood flooring Sept. 26. The case is under further investigation.

The larceny of a bicycle, valued at $140, was reported at a home on Coalyard Drive on Sept. 27.

Police are continuing to investigate a burglary that occurred at a residence on Hay River Street on Sept. 28.The suspects forced their way in through the front door and removed a flat screen TV, a large amount of jewelry, electronic items, children's clothing and coins.

A burglary was reported at U Store Public Storage on Sept. 28. The case is under further investigation.

Police are continuing their investigation of a burglary that was reported at a residence on Edgebrook Drive on Sept. 28. The suspect gained entry through a rear door.

Management at Rite Aid reported that a pink and white girls bike was stolen from the store on Sept. 29.

The theft of a GPS unit, cell phone charger and CD faceplate was reported by the owner of a vehicle on Plantation Pine Circle on Sept. 30.

Management at AT&T on White Oak Road reported the theft of two cell phones on Oct. 1. Stolen value was $1,100.

A 1975 Chevrolet Caprice was reported stolen from Hobson Wood Court on Oct. 1. The case is under further investigation.

A burglary was reported on Oct. 1 at a residence at Forest Hills Apartments. The case is under further investigation.

Police are continuing to investigate a burglary that occurred at Jumbo China Restaurant on Oct. 1.

A suspect brandished a handgun in a robbery that occurred at Family Dollar on Oct. 5. Police are continuing investigation of the case.

Other crimes

Management at Fidelity Bank on Seventh Avenue reported vandalism to a window on Sept. 26. Damage was estimated at $350.

Residents at a home on Flanders Street reported vandalism to a storm and wood door on Sept. 27.

Graffiti was reported at Garner Cinemas on Sept. 29.

Police are continuing to investigate a case of disorderly conduct that was reported at East Garner Middle School on Sept. 29.

Police are continuing their investigation of a reported sex offense that occurred at Lake Benson Park on Oct. 1.
