Thefts
A robbery was reported on Oct. 6 that occurred in the parking lot at South Garner Park when the suspect allegedly brandished a knife to steal a Dodge Neon. The case is under further investigation.
Jewelry, cash and numerous other items were reported stolen from a 1998 Taurus parked at a residence on Winterlochen Road on Oct. 6. The case is under further investigation.
The owner of a 2000 Malibu reported someone removed a purse and its contents from the vehicle while parked at a residence on Frances Drive on Oct. 7.

A Black and Decker weed eater, valued at $100, was reported stolen from a building on Aversboro Road on Oct. 7.
Suspects broke into four different vehicles in the parking lot at Ragazzis on Hwy 70 on Oct. 7. Numerous items were reported stolen including a laptop computer, books and GPS units.
Police are continuing to investigate the theft of $1,200 which was reported stolen from a residence on Shadowbark Court on Oct. 9.
A 15-inch Sharp TV, valued at $400, was reported stolen from a camping trailer on Park Avenue on Oct. 9.
An investigation is continuing concerning the theft of a basketball hoop taken from a residence on Burchcrest Drive on Oct. 9.
Police are continuing their investigation of a case of fraud committed on Oct. 12 that involved $2,385.20.
A robbery at Garner Express on West Garner Road was reported on Oct. 12. The suspect allegedly brandished a handgun to steal around $2,000 in cash. The case is under further investigation.

Management at BJ's Wholesale Club reported the larceny of a flat screen TV and three DVD's on Oct. 13.
A burglary was reported at Johnny's Auto/Marine Electric on Oct. 13.
An attempted burglary was reported at an apartment at Bryan Place on Oct. 14.
Police are continuing to investigate the theft of a GPS unit and other items that were reportedly taken from a vehicle parked at a residence on Roxanne Drive on Oct. 14.
The owner of a Buick La Saber reported that Ping golf clubs and bag, valued at $1,400, were removed from the car parked at a residence on Hilltop Avenue on Oct. 14. Other reportedly stolen items included a man's diamond cluster ring, a walkie-talkie, lighter and cigarettes.
Assorted jewelry, valued at $6,600, along with $400 in cash, was reported stolen from a residence at Forrest Hills Apartments on Oct. 14. The case is under further investigation.
Police are investigating a burglary that occurred at a home on Aversboro Road on Oct. 14. A PS2 game console was reported missing. The suspect forced their way into the residence through a rear door in the unoccupied dwelling.
A 5 x 8 Continental Cargo trailer, valued at $1,500, was reported stolen from a residence on Forest Drive on Oct. 14.

Police are continuing their investigation of a sex offense that was reported on Oct. 6.
A case of reported identity theft that occurred on Oct. 7 is being investigated by police.
