Arrests

Burnette Denise Locamy, 33, of Willow Spring, was charged with larceny from Wal-Mart on Oct. 14.

Amy Elizabeth Armstrong, 45, of Raleigh, was charged with a contempt of court violation on Oct. 15.

George Royal, 44, of Garner, was charged with a contempt of court violation on Oct. 15.

Juliette Marie Rouse, 36, of Garner, was charged with a contempt of court violation on Oct. 16.

William Daughtridge, 20, of Rocky Mount, was charged with a contempt of court violation on Oct. 16.

Anthony Lewis McCollum, 27, was charged with a city ordinance violation on Oct. 20.

Thefts

A window and screen were damaged during a burglary on Oct. 14 at a residence at Westchester Apartments on Seventh Avenue. Reports did not indicate what was taken during the crime. The case is under further investigation.

Various tools were reported stolen from a vehicle in the parking lot area at Lowe's Home Improvement on Oct. 15. The case is under further investigation.

Police are continuing to investigate the reported larceny of two GPS units taken from two vehicles parked at Sleeper Car Lane on Oct. 16.

Police are continuing their investigation of a burglary that occurred at a residence on Verde Glen Drive on Oct. 16. The suspect entered the home through a side door and reportedly stole various electronic items including three game consoles, three computers, videos and cameras.

A rash of car break-ins was reported by the owners of seven vehicles along Depot Ridge Drive on Oct. 18. Numerous items were reported stolen including GPS units, IPods, cell phones, wallets and identification cards. The case is under further investigation.

Police are continuing to investigate a robbery at Dominos Pizza on Hwy 70 on Oct. 18. The suspect entered through a side door and reportedly brandished a firearm. Cash and a set of car keys were taken during the crime.

Management at Resco Mart reported a customer drove off without paying for almost $130 in gas on Oct. 19. The case is under further investigation.

A blue Honda Civic front bumper was reported stolen from Capital Chrysler on Oct. 20.

Another rash of breaking and entering vehicles occurred in the Penny Street area on Oct. 20. Miscellanous items were reported stolen from at least five cars.

A 32-inch Samsung TV, valued at $549, was reported stolen from BJ's Wholesale Club on Oct. 20.

Police are continuing to investigate a strong-arm robbery that occurred at Rite Aid on Oct. 20. The suspect fled with the cash drawer containing a large amount of cash.

An IBM laptop and other items were reported stolen from a vehicle parked at a residence on Longview Street on Oct. 21. The case is under further investigation.

Police are continuing their investigation of a robbery that occurred in the parking lot of Kroger on Oct. 21. The suspect allegedly brandished a handgun to steal the victim's cash, cell phone and identification papers.

Cash was stolen during a burglary that occurred by a suspect entering through a rear window at Raleigh First Church of the Nazarene on Oct. 22. Police are continuing to investigate the case.

Other crimes

Vandalism was reported to a window at Carriage House Cleaners on Oct. 16. Damages were estimated at $300.

Police are continuing to investigate vandalism to a 1998 Cadillac parked at a residence on Johnson Street on Oct. 18. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $300.

A reported assault that occurred at a residence on Grassy Rio Lane on Oct. 18 is under further investigation.

Police are continuing to investigate a case of communicating threats that was reported at Garner Magnet High School on Oct. 20.
