Garner painted Town Hall pink Oct. 22 as Mayor Ronnie Williams signed a proclamation in support of Breast Cancer Awareness. Town employees wore pink to show their encouragement. The proclamation backs families battling breast cancer and encourages women to get annual mammograms. At the Oct. 20 Town Council meeting, Mayor Ronnie Williams and Town Councilwoman Kathy Behringer presented a proclamation for Pancreatic Cancer awareness to five-year survivor Lori Matteson.
