Sheila Towell Shaner was located safely around midnight by the Chatham County Sheriff's Office on U.S. 64 Hwy. She reported that she was kidnapped by an unknown suspect on 11/2/09 in the parking lot of Abberly Place Apartments. Her vehicle, a 2006 silver Pontiac Montana, has not been located. Garner Police are investigating the kidnapping and ask anyone with information to call the Garner Police Department or local law enforcement.
