April Lynn Brooks. 49, of Garner, was cited for having no operator's license on Nov. 1.

Thefts
A resident on Forest Drive reported the larceny of a checkbook on Oct. 30.
Police are continuing to investigate the larceny of miscellaneous bath products that occurred at CVS on Oct. 30. The loss was estimated at $70.
Two electric guitars, a microphone and a sound pedal were reportedly stolen from Capital Church on Oct. 31. The equipment was valued at $7,150. The case is under further investigation.
Residents on Nellane Drive reported a burglary that occurred on Nov. 1. House and vehicle keys were reported missing. The case is under further investigation.
Three twenty-dollar counterfeit bills were reportedly passed at Garner Ale House on Nov. 2.
Police are continuing to investigate a burglary that occurred at a residence on Bagwell Street on Nov. 2. A game console, valued at $500, was stolen but later was recovered.
A weed eater, leaf blower and lawn mower were reported stolen during a burglary that occurred at the Masonic Lodge on Nov. 4.
A burglary was reported at a residence on Randell Road on Nov. 4. Reports did not indicate what, if anything, was stolen during the crime.
The owner of a 1993 Toyota reported the theft of a journal, valued at $40, while the vehicle was parked at the Wake County Library on Nov. 4.
A GPS unit was reported stolen from a 2001 Honda parked at Applebee's on Nov. 5.
Police are continuing to investigate a burglary that occurred at Roffler Hair Center On Nov. 6. The suspect allegedly forced their way into the business through a rear window causing $400 in damages and stole $5 in loose change. The case is under further investigation.
Police are continuing their investigation of a larceny that occurred at Outback Steakhouse on Nov. 8. Management reported that $1,135 in currency and a DVD recorder was stolen.

Police are continuing to investigate a burglary at Concrete Saw Solutions that was reported on Nov. 9. The suspect forced entrance through a front door and stole a cash box, fax machine, printer and a radio/CD player.
The larceny of a Stihl chainsaw was reported at a residence on Southerlund Road on Nov. 9. The case is under further investigation.
The larceny of a key chain with keys was reported by a resident on Choyce Street on Nov. 10. The keys were later recovered.
Management at Grocery Boy Jr. reported a burglary on Nov. 11. The suspect forced their way into the building through a rear door and stole a cash register and loose change. The case is under further investigation.

Police are continuing to investigate a reported assault that occurred in the parking lot area at Rand Road Elementary School on Oct. 30.
A sunroom window was damaged during an act of vandalism at a residence on Olinda Court on Oct. 31. Damages totaled $500.
An investigation of an assault that occurred on Nov. 3 at a residence on Tiffany Circle is ongoing.
Tires on a Mitsubishi were the target of vandalism on Nov. 7 while the vehicle was parked at a residence on Aversboro Road. Estimate damage was $500.
Police are continuing to investigate an assault that was reported at Forest Hills Apartments on Nov. 8.
Numerous drivers reported hit and run damage to their vehicles during the week.
