Arrests

Susan Fifford Dean, 48, of Wendell, was charged with driving while impaired on Nov. 12.

Timothy Johnson, 24, of Garner, was charged with fraud on Nov. 12.

Desmond Lashon Scarboro, 20, of Garner, Dereace Qundan White, 19, and Francisco Poncho

Viviano, 17, both of Raleigh, were charged with forcible entry burglary on Nov. 13. The crime occurred at Westchester Apartments on Seventh Avenue.

Johnnie Don Eugene Jacobs, 52, of Garner, was charged with fraud on Nov. 15.

Howard Smith, Jr., 47, was charged with trespassing at Wal-Mart on Nov. 15.

Krystal Nicole Hinton, 21, of Raleigh, was charged with larceny from Wal-Mart on Nov. 15.

Kyle Christopher Miller, 22, of Garner, was charged with assault on Nov. 16.

Latney Samuel Medlin, Jr., 40, of Cary, was charged with attempted larceny on Nov. 16.

Dillon Martin Morgan, 16, of Smithfield, was charged with shoplifting on Nov. 17.

Thefts

Management at Lowe's reported the theft of pork chops on Nov. 11. The pork was valued at $20.

Police are continuing to investigate the theft of a moped that was in the parking lot area at Walgreen's on Nov. 11. The blue moped was valued at $600.

Five True North Church signs, with a value of $300, were reported stolen on Nov. 12.

Management at Wal-Mart reported fraud that occurred on Nov. 12. The case is under further investigation.

A forcible entry burglary was reported by a resident on Spring Drive on Nov. 12. Reports did not indicate, what, if anything, was taken during the crime, however, a door was damaged.

At least 121 bottles of Corona beer were reported stolen at Wilco Hess on Jones Sausage Road on Nov. 13.

Management at BJ's Wholesale Club reported the theft of five miscellaneous electronic items on Nov. 13. The value of the merchandise was about $300.

Police are continuing to investigate a case of fraud that occurred at the Garner Police Department on Nov. 14.

Over $2,000 worth of jewelry was reported stolen during a burglary that occurred at a residence on Lawndale Street on Nov. 13. The case is under further investigation.

Police are continuing to investigate the larceny of prescription narcotics reportedly stolen from a vehicle in the parking lot of Pep Boys on Nov. 15.

A 2009 blue Kia Spectra, valued at $14,000, was stolen from the parking lot at Hardee's on Nov. 14. The case is under further investigation.

The owner of a 1990 Bronco reported the theft of a Smith and Wesson handgun from their vehicle while it was parked on Lawndale Street on Nov. 14.

Police are continuing to investigate a burglary that occurred at a residence on Randell Road on Nov. 14. A flat screen TV and a stereo were reported stolen.

Prescription narcotics and cash was reported stolen from a residence on Beichler Road on Nov. 15.

Police investigation is continuing in a fraud case that occurred at Target on Nov. 15.

A Sony Playstation 3, valued at $350, was reported from a residence on Plantation Pine Circle on Nov. 15.

A 42-inch flat screen TV was reported stolen from a residence on West Garner Road on Nov. 16. The TV was valued at $1,100.

Three 5x10 utility trailers, each valued at $900, and a 6x16 tandem gate with a value of $2,000, were reported stolen from the parking lot of Agri Supply on Nov. 16.

Police are continuing to investigate credit card fraud that occurred at Target on Nov. 16.

Management at Public Storage reported the theft of numerous items from the facility on Nov. 16. The case is under further investigation.

A chrome rim and vehicle tire were reported stolen from a resident on Seventh Avenue on Nov. 16.

Police are continuing to investigate the theft of a dark blue 2002 Tahoe from the parking lot area of Plaza Apartments on Crestwood Drive. The crime occurred on Nov. 17.

The Garner EMS building was the target of a larceny on Nov. 17. Reports indicate that $2,800 was stolen. Police are continuing to investigate the theft.

The investigation of a burglary on Nov. 18 that occurred at a residence on Park Avenue is ongoing. The suspect forced their way into the unoccupied dwelling through a rear window. Approximately $5,000 worth of necklaces, bracelets and watches were reported stolen.

Other crimes

Police investigated a reported assault with a knife that occurred at East Garner Elementary School on Nov. 12.

A resident on Vandora Springs Road reported that someone damaged the front porch railing of their home on Nov. 12.

Two vehicles on Bryan Street were reportedly vandalized on Nov. 15.

White Deer Park was the target of vandals on Nov. 17. A wooden wall, park grass and grounds and a sidewalk were damaged.
