Wesley Correl Jones, 42, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Nov. 25 on a failure to appear charge.

Jenna Nicole Klein, 25, of Garner was arrested Nov. 25 on possession of heroin and probation violation charges.

Kimberly Michelle Gardner, 39, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Nov. 26 on worthless checks and assault charges.

Andrew Deleon Dewar, 33, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Nov. 27 on charges of selling/delivering a controlled substance, possession with the intent to sell and deliver a controlled substance, and maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for the sale and harbor of a controlled substance.

Tracy Antonio Harrington, 30, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Nov. 27 on an assault on a female charge.

Stanley Longmire, 40, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Nov. 28 on trespassing and resisting, delaying or obstructing charges.

Peter Lubandi Nsubuga, 27, of Cary was arrested Nov. 28 on driving while impaired and driving while a license was revoked charges.

A suspect was arrested in an alleged assault reported Nov. 28 off Broad St.

Jose E. Flores, 18, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Nov. 28 on assault inflicting serious injury-minor present and assault on a female charges.

Summer Dawn Tyson, 20, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Nov. 29 on an obstructing the investigation charge.

Theft

Larceny by stealing $1,000 from a box of shirts for sale was reported Nov. 22 at a Flemming Loop soccer field. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Burglary by non-forced entry was reported Nov. 22 off Eagle Eye Ct. A $500 computer was stolen. The case is under further investigation.

Burglary by non-forced entry was reported Nov. 23 off Sunset Dr. when a suspect took a laptop. The case is under further investigation.

Breaking and entering and larceny were reported Nov. 24 at a Johnson Pond Rd. construction site when a lock on a storage trailer was broken and $3,000 of copper wire was removed. The case is under further investigation.

Counterfeiting was reported Nov. 24 at a North Main St. service station. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Defrauding an innkeeper by obtaining $144 in grooming and leaving without paying was reported Nov. 25 at Doggy Day Grooming off North Main St. The case is under further investigation.

Obtaining property by false pretense and recovery of stolen property was reported Nov. 25 off East Broad St. when a suspect misrepresented a product and obtained money from victims. The case is under further investigation.

Unauthorized use of conveyance was reported off Kimpton Ct. Nov. 26 when a suspect refused to return a vehicle. The case is under further investigation.

Theft of a $2,200 go-kart was reported Nov. 27 at Tractor Supply Co. off North Main St. The case is under further investigation.

Assault and communicating threats were reported Nov. 22 off South Willhaven Dr. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Breaking and entering a motor vehicle was reported Nov. 27 off Ravenwing Dr. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Assault on a female was reported Nov. 28 off Pine St. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.
