Arrests

Guillermo Emmanuel Toral-Vivero, 25, of Benson, was charged with driving while impaired on Feb. 1.

Brandon Lee Johnson, 16, of Garner, was charged with trespassing on Feb. 2.

Phillip Crawford Smith, 28, of Garner, was charged with arson on Feb. 6.

Thomas Anthony Dominic, 43, of Garner, was charged with contempt of court on Feb. 7.

Jasmine Donya Goode, 21, of Garner, was charged with larceny on Feb. 6.

Thefts

The owner of a 1995 Chevrolet reported someone entered the vehicle on Jan. 28 and stole a stereo, speakers and an air rifle. The car was parked at Capital Church.

Police are continuing to investigate fraud that was reported at Wal-Mart on Feb. 2.

A GPS unit was reported stolen from a vehicle in the parking lot of Lowe's Home Improvement on Feb. 2.
