Harjort Kaur Dubose, 37, of Apex was arrested Feb. 7 on a driving while impaired charge.

An arrest was made in a Feb. 8 incident reported at Kohl’s off Lakestone Commons Dr. when a suspect allegedly stole $33 in cash from register.

Iris Reade, 49, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Feb. 9 on a failure to appear charge.

Stanley Longmire, 41, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Feb. 10 on a failure to appear charge.

Chad Darrell Hooker, 34, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Feb. 10 on a larceny charge.

Mike Ronald Fryan, 49, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Feb. 11 on a failure to appear charge.

A suspect was arrested in an alleged Feb. 12 larceny reported at Kohl’s off Lakestone Commons Ave.

Theft

Larceny of an $88 camping grill was reported Feb. 9 at Wal-Mart off East Broad St. The case is under further investigation.

Financial transaction card fraud was reported Feb. 11 at a gas station off Forest Bluff Dr. when the victim’s Visa card was used without permission to make purchases. The case is under further investigation.

Financial transaction card fraud was reported Feb. 11 at a retail establishment off Steelhorse Dr. when debit card information was used fraudulently. The case is under further investigation.

Other crimes

Simple physical assault was reported Feb. 9 at a convenience store off North Main St. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Trespassing was reported Feb. 9 at Wal-Mart off East Broad St. The case is under further investigation.

Assault on a female was reported Feb. 10 off Quailhill St. The case is inactive.

Property damage of $400 to a vehicle was reported Feb. 10 at a parking area off Youngwood. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.
