Arrests

Michael Patrick Cote, 31, of Garner was arrested June 30 on a contempt of court charge.

Alfred Dominic Pope, 56, of Raleigh was cited July 1 on a larceny – shoplifting charge.

Joshua Allen Pendergraft, 20, of Garner was arrested July 1 on simple physical assault and vandalism charges.

David Earl Cocke, 44, of Zebulon was arrested July 2 on contempt of court charges.

Two arrests were made in two alleged larceny by shoplifting incidents reported July 3 at Super Kmart off Fayetteville Road.

An arrest was made in an alleged disorderly conduct incident reported at Hardees off Vandora Springs Road July 3.

An arrest was made in an incident reported July 4 at the Garner Road and Avery Street intersection. The incident allegedly involved drug possession and escaping or resisting arrest.

An arrest was made in an alleged assault reported July 4 off Tiara Court.
